We believe good food should also be kind — to people, the planet, and animals. That’s why all our eggs come from hens that are never kept in cages. We only work with farmers who let their hens roam, nest, scratch and stretch their wings — because dignity and wellbeing shouldn’t be optional. It’s one small part of building a food system that’s more ethical, sustainable and aligned with nature.
Dry Goods
Our gravity dispensers and scoop bins are filled with grains, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, superfoods, and flours. From a wide variety of different kinds of rice, legumes, pastas and exotic salts to dried herbal teas, tasty snacks and MORE…and there’s nothing more satisfying than the sound of chia seeds hitting the bottom of a glass jar.
Oil, Vinegar, Honey
Our wet goods range is extensive, offering everything from raw wildflower fynbos honey on tap to raw apple cider vinegar, organic coconut oil and Tamari.
Organic Produce
We pride ourselves on having one of the widest ranges of seasonal organic fruit and vegetables in Cape Town, a bounty of produce gathered from small-scale farmers around the city. We get fresh daily deliveries so be sure to pop in early for the best selection. As always fresh, NUDE and ready to go home with you!!
